The Junior Academy of the International Summer Academy Lüneburger Heide is addressing young talented pupils of the Uelzen Music School as well as pupils of local private teachers. They will have the opportunity to have insight into a professional musician’s work by receiving a lesson with Artistic Director Hinrich Alpers.
The Junior Academy is a result of the excellent collaboration between the International Summer Academy Lüneburger Heide and the Music School Uelzen which lends us their building for the entire duration of the Summer Academy. We are most grateful for this generosity, as without hours of daily practice, excellent musical achievements (as we have seen them in past editions for the Summer Academy) would hardly be thinkable. Hence, the Junior Academy is a sign of the Summer Academy having taken root in Uelzen and the entire region as well as a returned favour to the Music School of Uelzen.
